TUE-22-DEC-2015 Day 3 in Tokyo

TUE-22-DEC-2015 Day 3 in Tokyo

7:45AM Tuesday = 4:45 PM Monday in Dallas

If you click on any picture, you will go into picture mode and you can just click through them and they will be almost full screen.  You won't be able to read anything I wrote but you can see the pictures.

Good morning Tokyo.  If you look out into the distance, those are mountains.  That is north.  To the left is west where the sun will set.  It is cloudless again today.  Forecast is 60 degrees F today.

The workout room and pool and sauna and hot tub are on the 5th floor

Off to breakfast on 2F (means 2nd floor).

This berry smoothie is very tasty.

There is a bread product station

There is a Japanese breakfast station

Stuffed.  Off to the subway heading to the famous fish market.  The metro is pretty easy to use.  I was very apprehensive but it looks and is really easy.  Our hotel is in-between two subway lines, the red and the orange, so it is very easy to get places.  We took the orange line today.

We got to the fish market.  Easy to get hit by trucks, things are moving very fast here.  Goods are fresh and packed for the next flight out.

This fresh tuna price is 5,500 Yen (USD $45).  Think of how much money this is worth when the sushi restaurant sells slices this up into tiny pieces.

Went to the top of Tokyo tower

Went for a special tea ceremony with beautiful gardens

Had lunch at a very nice place

Walked around

Went to a shrine

Went to the Bunny Cafe where you can spend one hour for $25 with bunnies

Then the famous Shibuya Crossing and dinner on the 2nd floor and watched people crossing the street at this famous intersection
